Initial Visit.......$205.00
This includes exam, treatment and doctor's evaluation and recommendation for further treatment and care.
Beginning January 1, 2005, We will be offering Family Discounts on Initial Visits
Initial Visit, Family Discount.......$150.00
This includes exam, treatment and doctors evaluation and recommendation for further treatment and care and is charged for the second family member's initial visit. Family member must be a member of the immediate family and live in the same residence.
Initial Visit, Family Discount.......$125.00
This includes exam, treatment and doctors evaluation and recommendation for further treatment and care and is charged for third and over, family member's initial visit. Family member must be a member of the immediate family and live in the same residence.
Subsequent Visit........$60.00
This visit includes continued nutritional evaluation,BioPolarity technique, automated massage and chiropractic adjustment.
Subsequent Chiropractic Adjustment .......$50.00
This includes chiropractic adjustment and automated massage.
Subsequent EPT.......$ 60.00
Blood work analysis ..........$45.00
Includes comprehensive report.
