B) Meet the doctor and discuss goals C) Appointment will include 60 to 90 minutes of EPT™ and/or BPT D) Chiropractic adjustment E) Take home neurotransmitter test kit F) Nutritional recommendations will be given (cost varies) Cost of initial appointment: $330.00 ($205.00 includes history, exam and treatment, $125.00 included neurotransmitter lab test for serotonin, dopamine, norepinephrine and epinephrine. Cost for supplements varies) 2)Second appointment: A) Typically, this appointment is two weeks later and may last 30 to 60 minutes. B) Doctor will review neurotransmitter test results and give a recommendated care plan.
